Following installation, LCRS provides a variety of maintenance options.

• The most popular includes a 2 year warranty on fluorescent lamps, and a 5 year warranty on ballasts with replacement of failed ballasts guaranteed within 72 hours (3 work days) for the first year with a labor credit for subsequent warranty years.  Variable Frequency Drives and Motors are typically guaranteed for 1 year.

• A percentage of ballasts and lamps are left on site for emergency replacement. Since the ballasts remain the property of LCRS, we are responsible to maintain the supply until the warranty period is over.

• Other maintenance options include monthly or quarterly site visits to replace non-emergency failures (emergency failures replaced immediately with a call to our hot-line).

• LCRS can provide complete cleaning and relamping services.

• For maintenance that a customer may require that is outside of our warranty, our volume enables us to offer products below distributor levels. We can also provide manufacturer level pricing for lenses.
