relationships with many distributors and manufacturers to ensure
some of the lowest product pricing in the industry.
Make
arrangements for lamp and ballast disposal. All disposal is
conducted in strict compliance with Federal, State and local
regulations.
Make
all arrangements for material storage and handling to minimize the
effect on the customer.
Manage
all aspects of the project installation including the coordination
of work times, crew size, daily work locations, scheduling, record
keeping, etc.
Ensure
installation compliance with the Audit Model. Any necessary
deviations from plan must have customer approval.
Clean
up any loose ends, obtain final customer approval, and explain the
on-going maintenance process.
