How does it work?

Free Energy Survey

• This Energy Survey could save you hundreds of dollars! An LCRS Consultant will evaluate energy-consuming equipment at your facility. Then we'll recommend low-cost/no-cost measures that will help you use energy more efficiently. The analysis takes about two hours.

Our free, on-site, walk-through energy survey can identify specific energy and cost-saving measures for your business. You will receive:

• An inspection of lighting, air-conditioning, heating, and other energy-demand equipment

• Information on qualifying equipment rebates and incentive programs

• Analysis of your energy consumption patterns and written cost-savings recommendations

• Estimated cost savings for installing new, high-efficiency equipment

• A compact fluorescent lamp to get you started saving energy

Comprehensive Energy Audit

• Our Comprehensive Energy Audit is primarily designed for facilities with more than 50,000 square feet or 250 kW demand. These could include office complexes, manufacturing plants and hospitals, schools, retail stores, etc...  We'll discuss and recommend energy measures with paybacks of seven years or less. We'll also provide you with estimated demand and energy savings.

• A complete audit costs 3 cents a square foot, plus travel expenses. The cost for an audit will be quickly made up in energy cost savings if the suggestions are implemented.
